Terms of Service

Carderra Edge provides a half-day AI Workflow Diagnostic for small professional services firms. The diagnostic identifies automation opportunities and produces a written summary with recommendations. Any follow-on implementation work is subject to a separate agreement.

Bookings are made through our online payment provider, Stripe. The diagnostic fee is £500 unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment is required to confirm your booking.

You may reschedule or cancel your diagnostic up to 48 hours before the scheduled session for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may be refunded at our discretion, less any non-recoverable costs.

We aim to deliver practical, actionable advice based on the information you provide. Recommendations are guidance only and do not guarantee specific business outcomes.

All materials we create for you during the diagnostic remain our intellectual property until full payment is received, after which you receive a licence to use the delivered summary for your internal business purposes.

We treat information shared during the diagnostic as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except as required by law or with your permission.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the diagnostic is limited to the amount you paid for the service. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with the updated date.
